Wikirate is established in 3 countries:

Germany

a gemeinnütziger, eingetragener Verein under the name "Wikirate International e.V." (determination letter)

UK

a charitable incorporated organization (CIO) under the name "WikiRate UK"

USA

a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under the name "WikiRate USA" (determination letter)

For our UK determination information, go to the Charity Commission and enter our registered charity number 1155894. The WikiRate Project UK is registered as a charity with HM Revenue and Customs with the reference number ZD01634. Wikirate International e.V. is our primary entity and our headquarters are located in Berlin, Germany.
